Here you can check availability and prices and book, simply enter the dates for the planned trip and the number of people:

Information

You can book the whole chalet for up to 10 people or the flats individually for 2-4 (lower flat) or 6-8 people (upper flat).

You can find the detailed booking conditions in our terms and conditions.

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.

The tourist tax is not included in the booking price and is calculated separately according to the number of nights and the number and age of the guests. Payment of the visitor's tax is made separately in accordance with local regulations.

Hochkönigcard included

In summer, the Hochkönigcard allows free use of the summer cable cars, the Hochkönig hiking bus, guided bike tours and hikes and much more.

Payment

The deposit of 20% of the rental amount is due within seven days after receipt of the booking documents. Once the deposit has been paid, payment of the balance is due 30 days before the start of the holiday.

Cancellation

The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time.  The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of withdrawal, the hirer is obliged to compensate us for any loss incurred:

from the day of the booking confirmation by the landlord until the 14th day before the start of the rental period in the amount of a service fee of 50€.
from the 13th day until the 3rd day before the start of the rental period 50% of the total price.
In the event of cancellation less than 2 days before the start of the rental period, the full rental price must be paid.
The date of receipt of the cancellation notice counts.
